【摘要】高原性脑水肿是高原地区的一种特发疾病,本病常因气候寒冷、劳累、上呼吸道感染,特别是缺氧的情况下诱发。其病理生理表现为脑组织对缺氧最重要的适应机制是脑血管扩张,脑血流量增加,以改善脑组织的氧供应,这对减轻缺氧引起的脑损伤起重要作用。

    【Abstract】The plateau hydro-cephalus is the plateau area one kind has disease especially, because this sickness often climate cold, tired, upper respiratory tract infection, specially in the oxygen deficit situation induces. Its pathology physiology performance is the blood vessel of brain expands for the brain organization to the oxygen deficit most important adaptation mechanism, the brain blood stream quantity increases, improves the oxygen supply which the brain organizes, this to reduces the brain which the oxygen deficit causes to damage the influential role.
